What is BuildArken?

BuildArken is a directory and marketplace for AI developer tools. Anyone can browse and use what's listed here for free; developers can publish their own tools to reach people looking for exactly what they built.

Tools listed here link out to where the developer actually hosts them — BuildArken doesn't host the tools themselves, it helps people find them.

1Getting started

Click Login in the top navigation and sign in with Google or GitHub. That's it — no separate signup form, no password to remember.

Once signed in, you're a regular user by default. You can browse, favorite, and build collections right away.

2Finding tools

Go to Tools to browse everything published. You can:

A collection is your own curated list of tools — useful for grouping tools around a workflow or theme (e.g. "My writing stack").

4Becoming a creator

Anyone can become a creator — there's no application or waiting period. Go to your Dashboard and click Become a Creator. Your account is upgraded immediately.

Being a creator unlocks the tool publishing form and a public creator profile.

6Your profile

Once you're a creator, your public profile shows your published tools to anyone who finds you. In Settings and on your Profile edit panel you can set:

Yes — from the same section. You'll be asked to type the tool's name to confirm, since this can't be undone.

Something's not working — who do I tell?
